1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 98qkr platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated under the 98qkr brand and is an English-language online casino and sports-betting information service designed primarily for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or participating in any activity offered through 98qkr, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 98qkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under all applicable local, national and international laws.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not using gambling as a means to address financial hardship or personal difficulties.
• You have not been designated as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) in circumstances that would restrict your eligibility under applicable regulations.

Residents of jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position — 98qkr does not provide legal advice on jurisdiction-specific gambling laws.

4 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 98qkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid date of birth that confirms your eligibility under Clause 3.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• A password of sufficient strength — you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You must notify 98qkr promptly of any changes to your registered details. Failure to maintain accurate registration information may result in account suspension. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must not share your credentials with any other person.

Account registration and KYC verification must be completed before real-money withdrawals are processed. KYC documents — including a valid CNIC or passport for Pakistani users — must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never submit documents through unsecured channels.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without explicit written consent from 98qkr.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software underpinning the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Introduce malware, viruses, denial-of-service attacks or any code that could harm the Platform, its users or associated infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person, entity or 98qkr representative.
• Use the Platform in a manner that could constitute money-laundering, fraud or any other financial crime under applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data and promotional materials — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. 98qkr makes no guarantee as to the completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of any Platform content.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to your 98qkr account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where funds are provided by another individual — are prohibited and may trigger an account review.

Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any such provider, nor does it guarantee that these methods are available for deposits or withdrawals on any particular operator. Actual payment method availability, limits, processing times and compliance requirements are determined by the relevant operator and payment provider.

• Deposit processing: Deposits are generally credited to your account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, subject to the provider's own processing timeline and any applicable compliance checks.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawals are processed only after KYC verification is complete. Processing times vary by method, operator and individual account status. No specific processing speed is guaranteed.

7 Bonus & Promotions Policy

98qkr periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. One bonus per household, IP address and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified on each promotion page.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at expiry will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.
• 98qkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• If 98qkr determines that a user has abused bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus-hunting, matched betting using bonus funds or providing false information to obtain bonuses — the Platform reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings and close the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or assigned to another user.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98qkr Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, falsifying documents, or misrepresenting eligibility status.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform without authorisation.
• Exploit abuse: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game bugs or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account on the Platform in an attempt to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses or evade a previous suspension.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity in violation of applicable AML laws.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum eligible age.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback on a legitimate deposit without engaging the 98qkr support process first.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including its design, source code, content, trademarks, trade names, graphics and game interfaces — are owned by or licensed to 98qkr. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use any Platform intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes as set out in these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercialise any element of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 98qkr. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98qkr and its operators, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages or payment processing errors beyond 98qkr's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds or content published on the Platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of using the Platform — gambling involves inherent financial risk.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 98qkr makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

11 Responsible Gambling

98qkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Platform. We provide the following tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active on the Platform for a set period.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period without full self-exclusion.
• Self-exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

98qkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or money-laundering activity.
• A request by any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that a user is located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• A user's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance and associated pending winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (net of any bonus funds subject to pending investigations) will be returned to the user through the original payment method, subject to completed verification and applicable legal requirements.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or the Help Center. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and confirmed via the registered email address.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is licensed and registered, as specified in the operator's current licence documentation.

For Pakistani users specifically: 98qkr does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority. Your access to the Platform does not create any legal relationship governed by Pakistani gambling law between you and 98qkr. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable Pakistani laws. 98qkr does not provide legal advice and this clause does not constitute legal advice.

Any disputes between a user and 98qkr that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process will be subject to the dispute-resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licence authority.

14 Amendments to Terms

98qkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
